For all the talk of the odd high profile signing that doesn't work, you have to say that some of our talent identification of off the radar players has been superb under both Kidney and Kennedy.

The likes of Lovejoy, WGC, Rogerson, Tuisue, Stokes, McNally etc have provided a superb return on investment.

A really good hit rate.
