I know there's not much one can do about the weather but to not have contingency plans in place for typhoons, during typhoon season, seems a bit ridiculous to me. Sure logistics might make it hard to relocate 70,000 England and France fans, but a game being played behind closed doors in somewhere with better weather is a much better solution than just cancelling the game completely.

France don't have the chance to go through as group winners, and as unlikely as it may be Italy don't have the chance to knock out New Zealand by beating them with four tries and denying them an LBP, or at least sneaking an unlikely win and going through as runner up. And then there's Scotland...
