Does anyone know if season tickets that are paid for by direct debit definitely get renewed automatically? I was told that they do but I'm getting emails from the club telling me that I need to renew mine.
(I would have put this on 'ask the club' but it doesn't look like they're answering questions on there any more).

Ticketmaster blocks me each time I try to purchase a season ticket on the Sale website for reasons only known to themselves. At the AJ Bell, can a physical season ticket be purchased from the ticket windows?
