I'm not surprised that they couldn't find an alternative. Even before Dennis arrived, its VERY wet up here.
The poor sods at Keswick had their clubhouse flooded again last weekend and their entire pitch was underwater (again).
Large parts of Cumbria are absolutely sodden, so this weekends heavy rainfall is likely to cause all sorts of problems.
