This may have some merit. but, at a time when the game has existential issues, it is difficult to believe that it high on the agenda.

Can't say I like the concept; the mixing of fans is a large part of the fun.

In the words of the Blessed Saint Nige: "This isn't soccer".
Totally agree. Although in the East stand around me they're nearly all Sale fans. It was fun to hear the lone Newcastle fan nearby not being afraid to shout his support. Always enjoy speaking to the away fans on the way in and out.

Chief Growth Officer? How many Growth Officers are there? Has to justify his salary by coming up with complete tosh.
One thing I would be strongly in favour of is an alcohol free section. Many times I’ve moaned on here about constantly being disturbed by people who seem more interested in boozing than watching play. Up and down, up and down…. Last night was particularly bad. It’s bad enough doing it when there is an injury but jumping up for a pint or subsequent slash when a try seems imminent is downright disgraceful. The ball is only in play for a disappointing amount of time anyway. Last night I took an old friend who is a City season ticket holder for his first ever rugby match. He could not believe the amount of disturbances we endured. He won’t be back.
