Yeah, they’re really cooking at the moment. I reckon we’ll get roasted

Bloody hell, was 7-7 last time I checked and just seen it's 29-7 at half time

If only it was still 29 - 7

It's now 50 - 7

And still 10 minutes left.

Another huge loss to add to the collection,
What is going on? I'm not overly upset about a loss in general, but why do we just completely collapse so often?

There were more first teamers in the Chiefs side but I wouldn't have said it was a 40pt mismatch, especially with a similarly strengthed Chiefs side going down to Gloucester's 3rds

Shocking result again....be interesting if anyone travelled and endured that to hear what was the problem(s).? Don't understand why Asher and Bevan were not brought in as released by England at the start of the week. This competition is a bit of a farce, due to the frequent mismatch in team selection by coaches dependent on their objectives. Having said that it gives some chance to the Championship sides - see what Ealing did to day away at Saints

Hardly unexpected though. I, for one, would have been fuming if Rodd or Asher were injured in such a meaningless game.

I have been waiting for some highlights or at least a report on the match.
I did not think we put out a bad team but to ship 50 points says otherwise.
Would that side have shipped 50 points to our strongest team if they played each other?
Chiefs were strong but they are not a top four side at the moment.
Not sure that bodes well for the run-in.

Highlights available. Defence looks a shambles. All over the place with people flying out of the line.

Couldn't really tell much from the highlights. Defence too narrow multiple times, bypassed by
the long pass. Tackling woeful multiple times in the line defence. Ref penalising Sale multiple
times in the clips, but not a fair comment.
Exeter had far more pace out wide by the looks of things and offloading for fun amongst the
forwards. Seemingly more powerful across the board.
Not an encouraging watch.
