Props and wings going to have a workout.
If the wind does not spoil the match, should be an interesting run out.

Isn't this a mostly second string/ returning from injury Chiefs 23? Same us to a degree with Burrow, Vermeulen, DDP and Reed.

No lock cover is odd.

There was lots of talk early season about Jark playing at lock, although, no-one appears to remember him ever having done so before. I guess DDP could if forced, possibly Logan too

I don't get why we're only giving Reuben Logan 20mins

He's such a hot prospect, why are we not getting him game time?
I know he's been playing for Caldy, but in all his appearances combined for Sale he's on like 120mins

Looks like our youngsters are getting another pasting 54 v 14 last time I looked.
Must be a bit demoralising.

Meanwhile Stains' youngsters gave the Cheetahs old farts (JoC, Wells, Liebenberg etc.) a thorough stuffing.

Was listening to the BBC Sports EXtra fee up until half time. Sounded like we were in it
until Bedlow's yellow card (which they called an immediate red card) at about 38 mins.
Looks like that was the trigger for Exeter to take charge. Odd thing on the BBC results it
has all our replacements used noted but nothing for Exeter. Did they play the full 80 with
the same side ?

Whatever way you look at it, its a hammering in a Competition the Glorious Leader says we were 'targetting' only last week.

Not my usual miserable thoughts, but those of multiple fans on Twitter questioning his leadership.

Twitter same as here - some very angry people who have no confidence in the leadership, who are not engaged with, just shouted down by those with blind faith... :lol

Or just faith? You're flogging a dead horse. We know where you stand. But I'm pretty sure Simon O isn't about to sack Alex until the end of next season. So let's have some constructive criticism and stop calling for his head.

Simon is a canny businessman. I can't believe that a man in possession of all the facts, who is paying for the whole thing out of his pocket and is an intelligent guy, is keeping Alex on for no reason. His last public comment was super-positive. So he obviously knows something, or he is a fool.

An interesting and IMHO pertinent comment. Our owners know (and presumably have signed off) our strategic plan. They know and understand where Sale are in that plan. They made a billion by being strategic in perspective and I’m sure that is the case here.

Also, from my personal work experience, it’s necessary to have a markedly better replacement identified before removing the incumbent.

Ahhh you're both right. Don't question, just cough up.

I have huge respect for what the Oranges and Mr Mason have done for this club. But there are plenty of canny businessmen out there who have made poor decision in sport. They will however never sink as low as tellign the crowd to get in early to the ground for a big announcement, only to be played a video of a man no one cared about berating the fans for not being supportive enough in a message no one could hear before a big game. But it doesn't mean they cant be wrong.. and in the case of the DOR they are.

But aside from my well known view. It was not me that had a hissy fit only a week ago saying we had two competitions to prioritise, and then served this tosh up. Was it?
