It is expected that any admission to Tier 2 will be conditional on the payment of rugby creditors. It is further understood locally that funds are available for this.

Such funds will of course have to be provided by any new investors / owners.

Exactly what the definition of rugby creditors is in the eyes of the RFU, the sole arbiters, is not known.

Shouldn't be a selected payment. All those who lost money should be refunded.

(Yes I know businesses can get away with starting again without settling their debts but this is sport and there should be some honesty and integrity).
