Some journo for The Scum reckons we're asking playing to take a reduced wage for the rest of the season - Gloucester, Tigers and Wasps doing the same (25% reduction seems to be what most are saying, though I've seen some saying 50% or even no more for the rest of the season - which seems farfetched).

If my aged and flakey memory serves, all rugby save the Premiership has been abandoned for the remaining season and the Premiership were still to decide what to do.

Has any decision yet been taken? Are games "postponed" and we are still hoping to resume normal service or have they also decided to call it quits and cancel all fixtures until the 2020/2021 season?

Officially postponed for 5 weeks. Some talk of 2 games per week behind closed doors to finish the season, but seems unlikely to me.
I'd love to see a game of rugby where the players had to remain six feet apart!

I can't see all this Covid stuff being over in the short term, I think we are in for the long haul. All this stay-at-home restriction is doing is helping the hospitals by reducing the peak numbers and spreading out the incidences of hospitalisation.

Unless and until there's an effective vaccine given to the majority of the population, any relaxation in our house-arrest will just start the spread again.
